Personalised training plans are designed around your goals, schedule, lifestyle, and current abilities. A pre-screening questionnaire will identify your current training structure/experience and any special considerations you may have.
Personalised training plans are based on periodisation and cater to absolute beginners through to advanced bodybuilders, powerlifters, and athletes. They should be followed for a minimum of 4 weeks up to 12 weeks.
These programs are fully personalised and therefore take 2-4 days to be completed once payment and the questionnaire form have been completed.
