Mastering Flexible Dieting

I get a lot of people asking me about flexible dieting and a lot of my nutritional consultations revolve around understanding nutrition, determining exactly what macronutrients are suitable, learning how to be more accurate, and answering all those other questions like when do I get a cheat meal or how do I enjoy life balance.

These nutritional consultations are super effective and helpful but they do take time and limit the amount of people I’m able to help directly.

So what I decided to do was to put everything that goes into a nutritional coaching call (valued at $200) and provide it to you in a four part series called Mastering Flexible Dieting.

This will become an essential part of learning for my online coaching clients and I’m extending it to be available to those who have a burning desire to really improve their health, drop that body fat they struggle with, and have a clear understanding of nutrition with a path and direction to get to where they want to be.

If that sounds like you, it’s time for change.

I’ve also included a video explanation of how to use My Fitness Pal, which is one of the nutritional tracking apps mentioned in the course so there is no guess work.

In this short-course you’ll learn exactly what you need to know.

  • Understanding Nutrition
  • Determining Individual Needs
  • Methods Of Accuracy
  • Becoming More Flexible

It covers eating out, borrowing macros, carb cycling, refeeds, alcohol, and more.

In this easy to understand four part series you will simply have no other questions to ask. It’s all there, everything you need to know and nothing you don’t.
