Training plans are designed based around your schedule, lifestyle, goal, and current abilities. A prescreening will identify your current training structure/experience and any special considerations you may have.
Training plans are based on periodisation and cater to absolute beginners through to advanced bodybuilders, powerlifters, and athletes. Training plans should be followed for a minimum of 4 weeks up to 12 weeks.
